Betwaysa Terms & Conditions — the complete rulebook for using the platform

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Betwaysa regarding the Betwaysa platform ("Platform") and all its services. "Services" refers to the website, mobile app, gaming services, Sports Betting, casino games, lottery, and any other services provided through this Platform.

By using Betwaysa's website or app, registering an account, or accessing any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

Deposit and withdrawal rules on Betwaysa are clearly defined. Following them will keep your transactions straightforward and hassle-free.

• Minimum Deposit: Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket with a minimum of ৳50.
• Withdrawal Time: Processing is typically completed within 15–30 minutes. Larger amounts may require additional verification time.
• Same Method Rule: Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Transaction Proof: If a deposit does not appear in your account, please send a screenshot of the transaction to our support team.
• Third-Party Payments Prohibited: Deposits from another person's mobile banking account into your account are not permitted.

The following general rules apply at all times to Betwaysa's betting and gaming operations:

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Betwaysa reserves the right to void the affected bets. Any bet placed by exploiting a system or software error will be considered invalid.

In Sports Betting, bets placed before a match kicks off are valid. If a match is abandoned, the stake is generally refunded. In live betting, odds change rapidly — a bet is not confirmed until the odds are accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to protect the integrity of Betwaysa's services:

• Opening multiple accounts or claiming bonuses using another family member's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Match-fixing or placing bets based on prior knowledge of a result.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.

Betwaysa provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to maintain the highest quality of service, Betwaysa will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If your game or bet is affected by an internet disconnection or unstable connection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence or carelessness.
• Temporary service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

That said, Betwaysa is committed to resolving technical issues promptly. If a technical error results in a legitimate win not being credited, please contact support with supporting evidence.

Both Betwaysa and the user may initiate account closure:

• Self-Exclusion: You can request account closure at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance first.

• Closed by Betwaysa: Betwaysa may suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• Inactive Accounts: An account may be automatically deactivated after 12 months of inactivity. Contact support to reactivate it.
